When interviewing a Realtor to sell your property, there are several questions you should be asking to understand their services and business model. Here are 5 questions to be sure to ask a Realtor when it comes to helping you sell your home in Southern Wisconsin:

 

1. ARE YOU A FULL-TIME REALTOR?

 

According to the NAR, in 2019, the medium number of residential transactions for a REALTOR® was 12 transactions/year. A REALTOR® must be consistently and actively engaged in the market to understand the constant changes that are occurring in the market, day in and day out. An experienced Realtor that has been involved in a number of transactions will be of significant value to you, especially when it comes to marketing your home and provide you with strategic negotiation tactics.

2. DO YOU WORK AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR WITHIN A TEAM?
